TRADITIONAL SPANISH FAMILY HOUSE

For this spacious detached family villa in Cuernavaca, Mexico, we designed a new facade. The appliedcolor on the wals is soft ivory white, so that the strong wooden roof moldings speak for their own. In addition, we designed a completely new garden at the front, with rich planting and terracotta paths. What the Spanish atmosphere translates into the garden.

RENOVATION OF A FAMILY HOUSE 

We were able to realize this beautiful project with our local partners. It concerns a spacious family home in Mexico City. The city home has three floors and has four bedrooms, of which 1 master bedroom with walk-in closet, four bathrooms, guest toilet, spacious kitchen with dining room, living room with extra semi-separate practice space, a city garden with water ornament and private parking for two cars. This piece of real estate in the southern part of the Mexican capital was sold after completion.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL DESIGN

Here we have developed a beautiful design for a house on the coast. The pool is situated in a kind of loggia. This gives you a semi-closed experience but still a connection with the outside. For this we have used luxurious colonial elements and styles.

HANCOCK PARK, FAMILY MANSION DESIGN

We have created a concept for a beautiful object in Los Angeles. This spacious family villa has received the authentic details that belonged to the style in the early 1920s. The house has a spacious garden with many plants and space. The windows are made of hardwood in a beautiful dark brown stain.

HOME RENOVATION

For this private project we realized a design to completely renovate the kitchen and master bedroom. We opted for warmth and allure. The luxurious materials form a unity in the bedroom. For the kitchen we chose a lighter color palette. In addition, we looked for a bridge between light classic and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped for a family.

LUXURY APARTMENT DESIGN

In the city of love we have designed an apartment that radiates the same warmth as the city itself. In addition, we have made a combination of wooden elements and sand-colored walls that give a wink to the southern French Cote D' Azur, as well as luxury finishes that belong to the building. Because the house is on the top floor, we have installed a skylight with filtered glass, to create more light.

OFFICE INTERIOR DESIGN

We are increasingly working from home, but employers regularly try to get more people in the office. At home you have flexibility that you may not experience at the office.

Therefore, we made a design for our client that fits their wishes. Flexibility, functionality and atmosphere. Because atmosphere does a lot to the enjoyment of the employees. We created hubs of three places where their people can work socially. The colors of the space play a role in a pleasant environment.

INTERNAL TRANSFORMATION OF AN ART NOUVEAU BUILDING

Here I made a proposal for a building transformation from bank building to 2 homes and a commercial space on the ground floor. We have repurposed this building so that the owner can rent it out faster.

For a family we have made a completely new garden design in which we have created a modern but green identity. The garden is divided into different zones, where eating together, relaxing and playing are central. We included the facade in the plan.

RESTYLING FACADE HOLIDAY HOUSES, CONCEPT

To give a new character to the well-known holiday bungalows designed by Jaap Bakema, we have come up with a new colour style that seamlessly matches the design and nature. To make a beautiful restyling possible, we have studied the design of architect Bakema from the 1970's thoroughly. We have taken all core elements of his design into consideration and we have started brainstorming how we can make the well-known houses future-proof. Although this is still in the concept phase, it is a project that is certainly worth mentioning.

LIVINGROOM PARTLY RESTYLED

In Hasselt we have adapted a living room with a new layout, colour scheme and some other furniture. We also added an antique station sign. We were exceptionally allowed to receive this from the Belgian Railways NMBS, after which we restored it. The result is that the living room looks comfortable, modern and cozy.

OFFICE UPGRADE FOR FORD HEADQUARTER IN MEXICO

At the request of our client Ford Mexico we made an adjustment to their office space. The request was to create new workspaces and a new staff canteen. The interior had to be preserved and we chose milky white semi-transparent cabins.

This family home was purchased by our partner for renovation.

After a thorough change of the layout and a significant renovation, we delivered a beautiful home for the client when the house was sold.

JUNGLE EXPERIENCE PLAYGROUND

With Center Parcs we have developed this unique playground equipment for children and young teenagers in the large indoor jungle at the holiday park. This was quite a challenge, because all the trees were preserved.

The realization was done during the large-scale renovation of the park.

"THE HARBOUR" THEME DESIGN

This pool entrance seperates different worlds in a waterpark. The theme " the harbour" is inspired by a fishers harbour on Sumatra - Indonesia.  All the materials gives the feeling of entering an another zone of fun and exploration.
